Returns & Refunds Policy

At Adhyat Global, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Due to the nature of our products pure botanicals, wellness ingredients, and consumables we maintain a transparent and fair Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns only if:

    • You receive a damaged product.

    • You receive the wrong product (not matching your order).

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons of personal taste or product preferences (as our botanicals are natural and handcrafted).

2. Reporting an Issue

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ai.adhyainvestments@gmail.com

  • Please provide the following information:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

3. Resolution Process

  • Upon review, if your claim is approved, we will offer the following options:

    • Replacement of the damaged/incorrect item (at no additional cost)

    • If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.

  • If replacements or exchanges are accepted, then It will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
